Rules of Admission
* All Children must be accompanied by either a parent or
guardian
* Children must be booked and signed into the centre by that
parent or guardian
* No child is to be left in the centre unattended
* Children upto the age of 11 may use the appropriate play
facilites subject to a height restriction of 57 inches (145cm)
for play on the frame
* Only food and drink purchased on the premises can be
consumed on the premises. Baby food being the exception
* Madhatters accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to
personal belongings brought into the premises.
Management reserve the right to refuse admission without explanation
Rules of Play
1: Have Fun
2: Don't spoil anyone else's fun
a. Parents or guardians are responsible for actively
monitoring their children while in the centre.
b. We want children to enjoy themselves, but please
discourage over boisterous play, or behaviour that might
harm themselves or other children or cause damage to the
centre.
3: Please take children to visit the toilet before they use the
frame - it can get get just too exciting in there and it can
take some time to find the way out and we have all seen the
consequences of that!
4: No child over the age of three is allowed to play in the toddler
areas
5: The main structure is recommended for children aged 4 and
over. Parents of younger children may allow their children to
use the play structure, but do so at their own risk.
6: Children should not use the play structures with jewellery,
watches, rings, badges or sharp objects in their pockets that
may cause injury or damage to the equipment whilst playing.
7: Please remove children's shoes before they enter the soft
play area.
8: For hygiene and safety reasons socks or tights must be worn
at all times.
9: No food or drinks are allowed in the play frame
10: Children who are unwell should not use the facilities.
More detailed rules of entry and play are on display in the centre. We will not tolerate bad behaviour from anyone.
There is a no smoking policy throughout the building.
Play time will vary according to numbers attending. Normally there is no time restriction but we reserve the right at busy times to restrict time to 2 hours.
