Parent Information

Madhatters is a parentally supervised facility where you remain responsible for your children. For normal admissions an adult must remain with the children at all times.

Birthday Parties

If your child is attending a party it is your choice to leave them in the care of the party mum or stay on in the centre.

We recommend for children under 4 years old that a parent remains on site.

To ensure correct supervision for parties we recommend a ratio of adults to children as follows:

1-4 yrs       1 Adult per child/family

4-6 yrs       1 Adult for every 8 children

6-8 yrs       1 Adult for every 10 children

8+             1 Adult for every 12 children
